Choke Collar Dog Training
Putting the Squeeze on Bad Behavior with Choke Collar Dog Training
Almost every dog owner has had an animal in desperate
need of choke collar dog training. These dogs are the
ones who are peacefully walking by their masters side
one moment and in the next moment have hit warp speed
for approximately two seconds. This is roughly the
amount of leash that the dogs owner has in his hands
plus an extra four inches given for shoulder separation.
But this behavior, like many others, can be modified
with the proper training and tools. In this case, it is
the choke collar dog training process.
A choke collar is a chain that fits around the dogs
head and loops through itself. The other end attaches to
the dogs leash. While the dog walks at the masters
side, this collar stays loose and can hardly be noticed.
Once the dog begins to strain against the leash, the
collar pulls taught against the dogs neck. This is not
a comfortable feeling for the animal, as the chain
begins to cut off the dogs air supply. However, this is
quickly remedied when the dog ceases to pull against the
leash. At that point, the chain loosens again and the
dog is fine. The sequence repeats and becomes known as
choke collar dog training.
The process is quite humane, it is almost impossible for
the dog to severely hurt himself with this collar. Most
dogs have enough sense to back off one step when they
are unable to breathe. When compared to the alternative,
choke collar dog training is quite humane.
The alternative is, of course, to not have discipline
and let Fido have clear run of the area. This is not
only dangerous to the dog, but it is cruel to him as
well. Dogs are meant to have boundaries most of which
are imposed on them by the established patriarchy of the
world. Like all animals humans included dogs need to
know what their limit its They may go past it, but they
need to at least know it was there. Also, when multiple
people take the dog for a walk, choke collar dog
training is a must.
Dad may have no problem controlling Fido when they go
for a walk. If Fido runs too fast or begins to chase a
rabbit, Dad usually has the strength to hold the dog.
However, if Little Sister decides to walk the dog, she
will not have that same control. She will not be used to
Fidos one and a half second flight in warp speed and
the force could injure her arm.
The bottom line is that not disciplining ones own dog
is dangerous to him, his owner, and his owners family.
With the proper implementation, choke collar dog training is
a snap to complete and the best part is that it helps to
secure a happy and healthy home for dog, owner and
owners family alike.
